At Fletes USA, we communicate via text message or SMS in two distinct programs: (1) with prospective employees, including the use of third-party service providers (the “Potential Employment Program”), and ( 2) with independently contracted motor carriers, including the use of third party service providers with the Potential Employment Program, the “Program”).
